About the Role

Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will steer the end-to-end delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services across multiple locations. You will be joining a National Property consultancy, who are a well known name in the industry.

This role is a perfect fit for a decisive problem-solver who loves a high-tempo environment where priorities evolve rapidly. Your main mission is to keep compliance tight, budgets on track, and clients completely satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service & Contractor Management: Oversee planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance; rigorously manage contractor KPIs, quality outcomes, and operational escalations.

  • Financials & Data Integrity: Control budgets, forecasting, and profit margins; oversee CMMS workflows, tracking, and performance reporting.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a team of FM professionals, fostering a culture of responsiveness and continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, confidently managing expectations and challenging performance when required.

  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure absolute adherence to WHS, statutory obligations, essential services, and contractual requirements; identify and mitigate operational risks.

  • Project Coordination: Manage minor works and small projects from scope to completion, ensuring they land on time and within budget.

About You

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

  • At least 5 years of Facilities Management experience managing complex or multi-site portfolios.

  • A proven track record of managing internal teams and external contractors, driving accountability, and coaching for performance.

  • Strong competence in budget management, cost control, CMMS platforms, and translating operational data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, composed and effective under operational pressure.
